WatchWatch
Its funny looking back on this… a 48-hour project I directed in April of ‘07. Like I’ve mentioned before, a group of us did 5 consecutive years of these, and they were some of the best times of my life.  But what amazes is me is how much we didn’t know and weren’t prepared for, and how much it now feels like that was a blessing. There’s so much stress in the...

WatchWatch
So I’m still working on the Steal The Scenery music video, whilst simultaneously prepping for a music video shoot next Friday (that has a test shoot Saturday during the day), and a photo shoot Saturday night (immediately following the test shoot). She’s also crazy talented, and the Executive Pastry Chef for The Sugar Suite… hit them up for all of your delicious diabetes inducing needs. She needed a headshot for her website, and there was no way I was going to go through the...

Steal The Scenery - Music Video
So I recently shot a music video with STEAL THE SCENERY, a local San Diego pop-punk band. The shoot was a blast, and a big shout out to the guys @ Thirtysevenclick for producing the gig. The narrative was all shot on Canon DSLRs ranging from T2is, 7Ds and 5DMkIIs.  At some points we had about 5 or 6 cameras rolling on the action, and it was a huge undertaking, but we had an awesome cast and...

Inaugural Post
inaugural… oh shit, I spelled that right first try!  So far this blog is off on a good foot! Hopefully I will keep this blog current with what’s going on with me… be it photo work, video work, or just staying up all night listening to sappy music and editing photos from happier times in my life. Not too sure about the theme yet… might be changing a lot at first until I...
